Job description
Responsibilities
- As part of a new international business initiative, you will take part in the setup from scratch of a technology-oriented company whose aim is to innovate the IT delivery service of one the main players in the European Financial Services industry.
- You will join a vast multidisciplinary agile team of experts and develop modern microservices applications.
- You will take care of the relationship with the business customers in order to understand their needs and expectations.
- Together with your agile team, you will define the next sprint, provide estimates and create solution proposals for complicated tasks.
- Code reviews are standards here and you will help colleagues by giving them advice and providing insightful hints for their growth.

Qualifications
- A university degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Good knowledge of backend frameworks SPRING, JPA, SPRING BOOT (Microservices architecture), Maven.
- You are experienced in Java, Cloud provider (AWS), and NoSQL database (MONGO DB).
- Practical experience with agile development methods such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDD.
- Expertise in writing clean and testable code.
- Fluency in English is a must, as it is our everyday language.
- Availability to work in a remote/hybrid mode. Remote workers, we invite to the office once every month.
