Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Coaching agile teams at varying levels of maturity (DevOps, Scrum and Kanban teams) to ensure they are using ragile best practice and continually improving
- Teaching teams to maintain relevant metrics that guide them to continuously improve and provide management visibility on the status and delivery successes
- Facilitating and supporting all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Getting team to a higher performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques
- Driving the teams towards the goal of becoming self-managing, optimally performing teams

Qualifications
- We are looking forward to your successfully completed university studies in computer science comparable courses of study
- Professional Scrum Master Qualification: (Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM or SSM)
- Significant Agile/Lean knowledge with demonstrable coaching experience
- Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience of a broad range of agile topics, tools and techniques (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, SAFe)
- Strong knowledge of agile tools and software (Jira, Confluence and MS tools)
- You have outstanding communication skills at all levels and are fluent in English
