UX Analyst / Researcher

Position type and expected work hours: full-time, flexible timetable depending on the team and client’s needs. Daily: Monday-Thursday 09.00-17.00 (40 mins lunch break), Fridays 09.00-15.00. All times are CET. Occasionally overtime can be required due to events, client calls (we have clients all over the world incl. Australia and US West Coast), or meetings that can be compensated with timetable adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Constantly monitor, analyze and provide reports of user behaviour within the Rentals United platform. Monitor, report, and forecast platform KPIs. (Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of platform usage evolution with insights.)
• Set up, maintain, and align the scope of analysis based on previous findings and platform development plans. (Platform delivering information.)
• Initiate and perform direct user research activities incl. problem discovery, and usability testing on existing software, validation of design prototypes, etc. (Steady streams of information coming straight from the horse's mouth. Concise research reports delivered weekly.)
• Support the Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers with actionable data during the design process. (Provide appropriate data points upon request.)
• Closely collaborate with the Product Managers supporting the prioritization process.(Provide appropriate data points upon request.)
• Identify and initiate A/B testing opportunities within the platform. (Number of experiments run.)
• Perform reviews of 3rd party solutions available on the market. (Concise reports with findings & possible adoption within our platform.)

Key Performance Indicators: 

• Number of customer contacts per type (problem research, testing, validation)
• Changes in platform traffic & feature adoption
• Share of decisions made backed by UX research 
• Coworkers’ feedback on client behavior availability & influence on decisions
• Required education and experience: 
• Min. 2 years of working experience as a UX Analyst
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager
• Experience recruiting and managing users to conduct user interviews, surveys, etc.
• Ability to create concise, meaningful and actionable reports on own findings for internal audiences.
• Deep knowledge of usability engineering.
• Understanding of A/B testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Good command of Polish (C1+)
