The Vision
As an Analyst, your role is to become an expert at understanding the product data. You will be expected to work with all divisions to draw insight from data. This effort will include creating dashboards, visualizations, algorithms, and business tools for use across the organization. Daily responsibilities in a nutshell
- You will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining Microsoft Power BI dashboard and reports
- You would need to communicate and collaborate with teams across the organization to action these requirements and deliver the required reports
- You will be tasked to format these reports in a simplistic, self-explanatory, and visually appealing way as to ensure answers to questions asked are clear and evident
- You will work on improving existing reports and dashboards through continuous improvement, best practices, analytical and strategic thinking, and business intelligence
- You should be comfortable with extracting data from multiple data sources by configuring Power BI gateways.

Salary 6.000 - 10.000 PLN net on B2B (other forms are also possible)
Requirements
- Extensive experience working with data modelling in Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI or Google Data studio
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Proficient is translating user requirements into creative and interactive visual dashboards
- Experience in writing database queries to get the necessary data
- Solid understanding of relational database concepts
- Should have good knowledge on data modeling
- Is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously; pays close attention to detail
