    About the Role:

    The Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack enhances our strategy for acquiring and retaining our customers by focusing on several areas:

    • AdTech aims to improve efficiency in spending, enables experimentation with new channels, ensure privacy compliance, and foster advertising from start to finish.
    • Data instrumentation uses data to provide accurate attribution and support decision-making.
    • Lifecycle Tech facilitates engagement with our customers by delivering the right messages at the right time and optimizing the experience of those messages.
    • Marketing Automation offers tools and automation to streamline tasks and reduce the need for human intervention in routine activities.

    This is a hybrid position (office location: Krakow), and you will report directly to local Engineering Manager.


    You Will:

    • Implement new features and maintain existing systems,
    • Write efficient code,
    • Partner with other engineers, conduct code reviews
    • Participate in scrum meetings, refine tasks, provide estimates,
    • Support the Accounting team during the month-end close through rotating on-call schedule.


    You Have:

    • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
    • A BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience,
    • 2+ years of professional experience,
    • Knowledge of any general purpose language like Go, Java, Kotlin, C#, bonus point for familiarity with Go,
    • Understanding of software development practices, system design, software design patterns, and algorithms,
    • Positive attitude, proactive, quick-learner and easy-going.


    You will work through tech uncertainties and incomplete business knowledge before they ramp up on Qbert stack (Go, RDS, DynamoDB, Redshift DW). You will write efficient code with minor guidance. You are motivated to learn a new system and the underlying technology and proactively nurtures it. High work ethics - attention to code quality, developer experience, good project organization.
