We keep expanding and looking for an energetic and motivated IT Recruiter to help us grow our team. Working closely with recruiters and managers, you will help Remedy identify and attract engineering talent.

What you will do


  • Active sourcing of candidates for a wide range of positions (Python, JS, Mobile, Java Developers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Designers, PMs, etc.)
  • Maintaining a database of candidates and working with it
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Working with the recruiting and leadership teams
  • Building an effective sourcing and recruitment strategy for finding new candidates

What should my qualifications be?


  • Work experience in a similar position at least 2 years
  • Good knowledge of recruiting process
  • Experience with various specialized resources and sites for finding candidates
  • Good understanding of IT market
  • To be in touch with tech trends and news to provide relevant and high qualified candidates
  • Ability to work effectively with a large amount of information
  • Analytical thinking, determine, result orientation
  • Ability to cooperate and negotiate with colleagues and candidates
  • High communication skills, initiative, flexibility
  • Knowledge of Employment related laws will be a plus
  • At least B2 English level
  • LinkedIn network - at least 3K+ contacts
