Job description

Looking for Video Media Support Technician :)

Must have:
  • 2-3 years experience at the related position
  • English - communicative

Key responsibilities: 

  • Manage active Video Conference Meetings to assure successful launch and operation
  • Providing support to users during video conferences
  • Manage user incidents and requests for other Media Services, especially Digital Media Streaming and IP TV
  • Assistance in solving serious incidents and technical problems
  • Control of scheduled video conferencing meetings to ensure their quality
  • If necessary, collaborate with Scheduling and Room services teams
