At Relativity we make software to help users organize data, discover the truth, and act on it. Our e-discovery platform is used by more than 13,000 organizations around the world to manage large volumes of data and quickly identify key issues during litigation, internal investigations, and compliance projects. 


Our Product Management team is looking for a Product Manager for our SaaS platform, RelativityOne, to own part of the portfolio under the Document Transformation domain. This portfolio consists of highly technical products. We support more than 200 different document types, that can come from more than 200 languages. We extract the metadata from documents, we remove duplicated documents based on hashing, we transform documents into images, we extract text from images. 


You will be responsible for delivering solutions that empower our customers to perform their jobs better with innovating E-Discovery workflows powered by a simple but powerful user experience. You will build strong customer relationships to validate that our solutions are solving the right problems with the right workflows. You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and other product managers to plan, execute, and release solutions that are aligned with our business goals and create value to our customers.  


The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in product lifecycle management, technical proficiency, and familiarity with agile methodologies. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential: you facilitate frequent feedback loops across internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve both participating in leading product discovery and product development efforts that would help to achieve our business objectives. To be successful in this role you should cultivate deep customer empathy, collaborate effectively with design and development teams, streamline team processes, and leverage data to track project success. 


Role Responsibilities

Customer Centric:

  • You should aim to connect with customers and users to gain a deep understanding of their workflows and needs and validate our approach to addressing them. 
  • Ensure we are solving the most pressing problems of our customers. The ability to prioritize tasks based on their impact and outcomes is crucial to be successful in this role. 
  • Ability to speak to the variety of workflows and end user needs we see across segments and personas to internal stakeholders including engineering, user researchers, and designers. 
  • Provide product and workflows recommendations grounded in both customer empathy and customer data.  
  • Communicate our user needs to engineering teams and other internal stakeholders to drive alignment internally on product vision. 
  • Responsible for user and competitive research for their product(s) 


Product Leadership:

  • You possess an in-depth understanding of our product suite. You can speak about our production from a business and technical approach in a way that internal stakeholders and clients can understand. 
  • You own the product roadmap and backlog for your product(s). You listen to different internal experts to understand impact, but at the end you decide the features that your team should build. 
  • Work directly with Product Leads to help build a strategy and goals for their product(s). 
  • Track and reports on key product metrics that are relevant to your domain and expected outcomes.  
  • Act as a leader, facilitating communication across internal stakeholders and effectively communicate ‘why’ and gain buy-in from the team and Leadership. You're responsible for clarifying and resolving conflicts around your product vision. 


Technical Leadership 

  • You work closely with your Engineering counterparts to ensure that the team delivers a product that meets our scalability, reliability, usability, and performance standards. 
  • Our customers need to analyze millions of documents quickly, smoothly, and without errors. Thus, back-end and infrastructure-related initiatives are key to the success of your product. 
  • You engage in deep technical discussions with Engineering Managers and Technical Architects to understand the implications that future work could have on your product and customers. 


Product Implementation 

  • Ability to break down large projects into iterative releases. Create and share product implementation plans with measurable results for each milestone. 
  • Anticipate the need to create alignment with cross-functional teams to solve problems together. 
  • Responsible for helping the team to translate validated designs and analysis into story cards with acceptance criteria. 
  • Develop external and internal facing go-to-market content including product documentation and release notes. 


Minimum qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product management at a technology company. 
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. 
  • Experience conducting product discovery interviews to understand customer workflow and to validate proposed solutions.  


Preferred qualifications

  • Generates excitement and curiosity when working with highly complex systems. 
  • Is a team player with proven ability to deliver features from inception to delivery with minimum supervision. You own your product space and should act accordingly.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Most feel comfortable presenting Infront of a broad audience. 
  • Detail-oriented, enthusiastic self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment. 
  • Has the technical acumen necessary to understand core functions of our e-discovery system and to understand technical challenges to make educated trade-offs with the development team. 
  • Strong time manager skills to be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong facilitation and analysis skills. 


Compensation

  • Compensation Relativity is committed to competitive, fair and equitable compensation practices
  • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between 220 000 and 299 000 PLN gross/year (Employment Contract). The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
