We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate Automation Engineer to join our growing team as we strive to deliver excellence to our customers. You're a self-starter who will be part of an empowered agile team working on our portfolio of products.
Whilst your background will be in development of automated tests, your curiosity, desire to learn and enthusiasm for technology means you can do what it takes to get the job done.

You will join a Product Assurance team comprising of functional, non-functional and automation testers. The team is involved in testing one of the biggest and fastest developing Refinitiv risk products. We cooperate with various business units located in different locations (Poland, Ukraine, US, India, UK)

WHY IS THIS JOB IMPORTANT?

KYCaaS/EDD collects, classifies, and verifies a client’s identity. It builds KYC records against a global standardized policy, reducing the time and cost of KYC due diligence while meeting the demands of compliance and regulators worldwide. As an Automation Engineer you will be involved in requirements analysis and gathering, test planning activities, test script writing and execution. You will also be required to perform manual testing.


SOME OF DAILY TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM:

  • Automation Framework Development / Designing
  • Regression & In-Sprint Automation Development
  • Automation Maintenance
  • Deliver the QA / Automation within Sprint / Scrum by working along with BA, Product Owner, Developers, Architects, etc.
  • Sprint planning, retrospective, story estimation, test planning, test preparation, test execution, reporting/dashboards and defect management
  • Manual Regression Testing
  • Exploratory Testing


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

  • E2E testing knowledge in Agile / Scrum
  • Ruby language fundamentals
  • Selenium WebDriver automation
  • BDD concepts
  • Cucumber + Gherkin format testing
  • Rspec framework
  • Git fundamentals
  • Web browser UI testing
  • RESTful API concepts and testing (preferably using Selenium APIs)
  • Agile development process
  • Jira / ticket tracking systems usage
  • Experience in working with test management tools like JIRA/Zephyr/TestRail
  • Ability to highlight and escalate issues/defects when the need arises
  • Well-developed communication, questioning and listening skills
  • Fluent English
