Our international team just crossed 140 happy employees of 21 nationalities. We are proud of our humble beginnings that have now transformed into rocketing growth with over 4000 much-loved customers worldwide, and we are not stopping here!

About the team
As the Creative Team within the Marketing Department, our mission is to build one of the most recognisable brand and product in the B2B SaaS market (think of Adobe, Slack & SAP). We aim to achieve this through storytelling and a consistent, recognizable visual identity across our core marketing assets.

The first 3 months you’ll spend focusing on learning everything about Recruitee: understanding the product and organisation. You’ll also start working on a gameplan for the first 100-days so you can get up to speed asap.

After 6 months you'll start applying your video and motion outcomes as marketing assets in our product communication strategy. You'll be injecting creativity and a bigger picture into the product demos, sticking to best-in-class standards.

Within 12 months you'll be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team to complete a project successfully from brief to finish. You'll keep on delivering consistent and quality work that is on-brand and on-message.

  • Collaborate with our Senior Motion Designer and Video Producer, but also Content and Product teams to ensure that productions are in line with the project’s objectives and expectations.
  • Take ownership and initiatives on the motion design for our Product.
  • Commit to marketing campaigns and product releases.
  • Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations.
  • Make sure all documentation and design standards are up to date.

What you should bring:
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in agency or other software company.
  • Good understanding of the creative and motion design process.
  • Modern portfolio showcasing your skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Strong practical skills in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Working knowledge of Figma.
