Job description
The expected outcome from this role is to create and maintain a solid PHP team of up to 8 developers capable to deliver complex custom developed solutions tailored to the Client’s particular business needs.

- developing the software in ongoing projects
- planning work for team members in advance
- solving technical challenges with the PHP team and implementing the best practices for software development and testing
- mentoring & coaching PHP team with technical & soft skills (by executing internal and external training, conferences)
- tracking month to month progress of the team members (soft skills and technical ones)
- cooperating with CEO & COO (for tactics of how to get things done), Project Managers (for team planning and progress of ongoing projects), HR (for recruitment processes), Sales Team (for technical analysis, estimations, workshops/discovery sessions, calls with clients)
Let’s talk if:
- you have min. 2 years of experience as Team Leader supported by a background of min. 4 years as a Software Developer in commercial projects
- you have experience in leading a team - you are able to successfully build a strong and good team, coordinate of time and work in projects and monitor progress towards an expected outcome
- you’re experienced in direct interaction with Clients (min. 3 years), you are client-focused and you understand client needs
- you have a high level of expertise in the following technologies/tools: PHP 7.1, Symfony 4+ Angular, PostgreSQL, Doctrine, Redis, Docker, SQS, Atlassian stack, Gitlab
- you’re experienced in designing microservice applications hosted on AWS stack
- your English is communicative - both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication with foreign clients
