Job description
Tasks:
- Implementing new features in various banking applications
- Debugging and solving problems
- Maintaining technical documentation
- Cooperating with business analysts and testers
- Occasional business trips in Europe
- Assure high code quality and best coding practices
- Assure good code coverage with unit tests
Obligatory skills:
- Backend: JEE6, EJB, CDI, Servlet, JPA, Hibernate, myBatis
- Webservices: SOAP, REST
- Front-end: jQuery, JSF (Primefaces)
- DB: Oracle, DB2
- Design patterns for enterprise applications
- Ability and eagerness to learn
- Ability to communicate in English on every day level
- Experience as a Java Developer (min. 1 year)
Nice to have skills:
- Knowledge of architectural design
- JMS
- Knowledge of the IBM WebSphere server
- Experience with multithread applications
Other skills:
- Strong team player with very good communication skills
- Capability to work, goal oriented person
