Technical Leader

As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for leading a scrum team in building highly resilient cloud-based services. You will also translate business requirements into best solutions for advertising industry helping us to build modern and effective systems.

your tasks

• Leading a team not only using technical skills but also soft skills by leading, mentoring, and inspiring your team
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to a team of skilled programmers
• Actively participation in recruitment efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new team members
• Technical knowledge within the tools in the technological stack
• Have sound decision-making skills where you choose the best cause of action even in complex situations
• Implementing best practices for software development and coding standards
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge

Technical stack: AWS (Lambda, S3, ElasticTranscoder, RDS), Ruby and Ruby on Rails (RoR), GoLang, Erlang, TypeScript, React, Docker and Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, SnowFlake, Vertica, Kafka, Apache Airflow

what we expect

• Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role in software development
• Strong expertise in technologies we use (above)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to make high-level design choices and enforce technical standards
• Proficiency in English, enough to communicate and understand technical documentation
