your tasks
- Leading a team not only using technical skills but also soft skills by leading, mentoring, and inspiring your team
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to a team of skilled programmers
- Actively participation in recruitment efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new team members
- Technical knowledge within the tools in the technological stack
- Have sound decision-making skills where you choose the best cause of action even in complex situations
- Implementing best practices for software development and coding standards
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge

what we expect
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role in software development
- Strong expertise in technologies we use (above)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to make high-level design choices and enforce technical standards
- Proficiency in English, enough to communicate and understand technical documentation
