    your tasks

    • providing daily stationary IT support to on site team members
    • install, support, troubleshoot and remediate issues pertaining to new/reissued PC hardware and software
    • cloning PC’s & laptops
    • documenting work in accordance with internal procedures
    • every-day work in multinational helpdesk environment


    what we expect

    • min. 2 years of experience in helpdesk administration
    • very good knowledge of English language (min. C1)
    • knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2010, Windows XP/Vista/7/8/2008, Office 2003-2013, Citrix, Terminal Services, HP Backups, Printing, Symantec Antivirus & Encryption, HP Printers - nice to have 
    • very good comunications skills
    • availability and commitment to work
