System Analyst (moden stack, with BDD Knowledge)

Join our team as a System Analyst and be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology. We are seeking passionate individuals who are adept at working in a modern environment.

We develop cloud application based on newest architecture standards, as microservices with event-driven architecture. As a System Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the transition to a fully Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) mode, bridging the gap between product owners and the development team. If you are enthusiastic about modern technologies, skilled at translating business expectations into behaviours, and experienced in advocating for Quality aspects in agile refinements, we invite you to join our team and lead the way into the future.

The core facts:

• Collaboration with the project team to deliver additional system functionalities
• Defining and formulating business requirements into practical specifications for the teams
• Collaborating with the Product Owner on creating product backlog items and prioritizing them
• Analyzing data sources, collaborating with other Business Analysts, Product Owners and other business counterparties working on behalf of banks to ensure the quality and accuracy of data used in the systems
• Collaborating with the headquarters and dedicated teams of network banks within ongoing projects
• Collaborating in building the product roadmap
• Supporting the Product Owner in maximizing the value delivered by the team
• Preparing and maintaining documentation for the product

Your core competences:

• Proficiency in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
• Strong understanding of modern tech stack (microservices, AWS, EDA, ELK, CQRS, EventSourcing, Java 10, Kafka, etc.)
• Ability to translate business requirements into behavioral models
• Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with product owners and development teams
• Bridging the gap between product owners and development teams
• Experience in modelling integration and specifying business processes (e.g., input for Camunda)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of whole SDLC with CI/CD
• Continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies
• Knowledge of English at a level that allows you to communicate freely
• Please notice that hybrid way of working as well as eligibility to work in Poland are required (we do not support atm relocation and visa/work permit process)
• Hybrid way of work (once a week in the office in Warsaw)

Nice to have:

• Understanding of the test pyramid and experience in supporting teams in test design and implementation
• Advocacy for DevOps and security aspects within agile environments
• Experience with event-driven architecture (EDA)
• Understanding of Quality Assurance technics

• Understanding of machine learning and AI technologies
