We are IT Strategy & Transformation team working on group-wide programs to bring change in RBI Group (over 10 markets).
We seek ambitious candidate who will work as part of Data Transformation Program on rolling out Data Mesh Concept to
all banks in Group. New data lifecycle introduced within Data Mesh concept brings both organizational and technology change that aims at it! Delivery role is about tutoring, educating, assisting and making the change happen. It is
about working with business helping to build first Data Products, teach and introduce new ways on how to talk with Data Consumers.

You will work with Delivery Manager and Tech Lead on further development of program artifacts in Data Mesh Incubator and/or supporting program delivery acting as project manager or delivery consultant on existing program streams. Our core team will
provide training, support and helping hand but ultimately, we want you to become a change leader for your peers!

Your role
- Work as Project Manager / Delivery Consultant to ensure delivery of work sub-streams within Program
- Supporting Delivery Manager and Tech Lead on delivery of Program artifacts
- Supporting Data Mesh Incubator
- Work with core Data Mesh, Data Transformation team, learn new concepts and give constructive feedback to shape further Federated Data Governance
- Work closely with different stakeholders engaged in Program in Head Office and banks in the Group to deliver Program goals
- Become a trainer, coach, business partner to the business in their journey to become Data Producers and Data Consumers
- Become an ambassador for Data Mesh concept in RBI Group and playing a key role in helping business stakeholders to design their own Data Products
Your capital
- At least 3Y consulting oriented experience in data related fields with role as a project manager, consultant, agile coach, solution architect or similar
- Experience working as project manager or delivery leader in one of project streams,
- Experience working on projects on the verge of business and IT (ability to understand both IT and business stakeholders is
- a must)
- Specific data related experience (SQL, data quality, architecture, programming) will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently on delegated tasks
- Ability to work and succeed in a multinational environment
- Good structuring, communication, and presentation skills
- Good English is a must
- Readiness to travel within CEE
