Our department IT Strategy & Transformation translates RBI’s vision and mission into vision and mission of Group IT, defines Group IT strategy and serves the Group IT leadership team in structuring and assessing priorities and strategic topics.
We are looking for a an Experienced IT Strategy Consultant to help us successfully deliver Group IT transformation & strategic initiatives.
What you can expect:
- Being part of our growing IT Strategy & Transformation team, working within HO and in close collaboration with the network banks
- Participation and realisation of strategically important projects as Group IT representative, in alignment with multiple stakeholders (i.e., Business Lines & Group Strategy)
- Providing consulting and challenging existing initiatives, assuring approach used and outcomes are aligned to the IT Strategy and requirements
- Driving transparency in IT Strategy execution, achieving impact and change
- Taking ownership of project streams; scoping, planning, and monitoring the progress of the project plan
- Confidently convey and explain complex information (including presentations to Management)
What you bring to the table:
- Relevant consulting working experience (internal or external)
- Excellent understanding of IT topics and the banking or insurance industry
- Ability to problem-solve and manage risks proactively
- A confident and positive attitude, willingness to learn
- Good structuring, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent command of English language; German and other CEE languages are additional advantage
