Automation Software Tester

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automation Software Tester to join the Software Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our software systems. You will work closely with developers, QA engineers and product teams to streamline testing processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated tests using Python.

• Develop and maintain a robust test automation framework.

• Configure and manage test environments to support various testing scenarios.

• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

• Monitor and optimize the test automation process for efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation.

• Strong proficiency in Python for test development.

• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.

• Proficiency in English at a B2/C1 level (written and spoken).

• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of C++ programming.

• Familiarity with biochemical processes, especially PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction).

• Proficiency in Polish.
