We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer. Scope of duties except maintenance and development of mediation platform will also include close cooperation with business and internal clients.
- Software development according to customer requirements
- Designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving new functionalities
- Reading the code
- Supporting application & software design and development
- Programming and configuration MediationZone platform
- Communication with the customer
- Support customer in deployment, production and configuration
- Monitoring, verification and fixing incidents and problems accruing on mediation platform
- Systems monitoring and reacting for misfunctions
- Close cooperation with business and implementation of selected operator orders
- Diagnostics and optimization of processes and queries
- Troubleshooting
- Doing installations and tests on customer level
- 10% collecting and organizing requirements, 30% development of existing application modules, 20% implementation of new modules, 10% testing, 20% problem solving, 10% contact with the client, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in troubleshooting
- Experience in using Linux/Unix OS (more advanced commands, ability to write more advanced scripts), and SQL
- Experience in using any programming language (e.g. Java/Python/C/Bash etc.)
- Knowledge of Diameter and Webservices (concept of SOAP, WSDL) would be an advantage
- Knowledge of transport protocol (networking knowledge) would be an advantage
- Problem solving attitude
- Communicability, ability to work in a team
- Very good communication skills
- Experience in working for telecom operator as a plus
