Remote Release Engineer - 1st or 2nd shift

Currently we are looking for:

Remote Release Engineer

who will be responsible for devising, developing and supporting CI/CD/CT best practice processes, primarily for digital web and Mobile commerce applications. 

Responsibilities:

-Work under the guidance of individual development teams to define, configure and maintain release pipelines and jobs

-Works closely with development teams to maintain the company's best practices with respect to source control management including version and audit-related controls. Manage release branches and merges of low to mid levels of complexity

-Support Release Managers in the execution of release planning exercises and reporting with minimal guidance

-Support normal execution and update to existing build scripts and jobs.

-Participates in technical design - can develop from specifications

-Can troubleshoot applications problems and address them

-Effectively identifies and escalates issues as appropriate.

-Shares knowledge effectively across IT team members.

-Collaborate with team on definition of test criteria, building of test scripts/automation and execution of the same.

Requirements: 

Technical Expertise:

-Minimum 2 years in related field

-Good command of English

-Demonstrates solid working knowledge and understanding in technical domain.

-Excellent understanding of mobile ecosystems and mobile development platform

-Excellent knowledge of Current Mobile CI/CD/CT pipeline trends including tools implementation and troubleshooting

-Working knowledge of development of mobile apps for iOS and Android using SwiftUI, Swift, Objective C, Kotlin and Java

-Experience with code signing for mobile apps, including iOS identity and provision profile management

-Experience and excellent understanding of software configuration management, such as version control with GIT, especially GIT merge and branching

-Create, configure, and maintain Jenkins build job for native mobile apps

-Ability to design, create, configure and maintain next generation CI/CD/CT Mobile Pipelines with Jenkins or Azure Dev Ops

-Experience with integrating hard quality gates in to the pipelines.

-Working understanding of application and system monitoring

-Understanding of technical architecture, application landscape, test and deployment automation and IT environment, as well as tools used in development, deployment and testing.

Technical Requirements 

-Working knowledge of XCode, Android Studio.

-Proficiency with iOS App Store, Google Store and Amazon Store

-Proficiency with Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins and GIT

-Experience with build tools such as Gradle or Maven

-Experience with Cloud Computing

-Working knowledge of scrip languages such as Ruby, Groovy, Python, etc.

-Experience with MacOS
