Who we are looking for:

A talented and experienced mid-level Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable and secure systems in a collaborative, international environment. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a key role in the development of our SaaS platform, working across both front-end and back-end technologies. You will collaborate with a small but highly skilled team to design, implement, and maintain features, ensuring that our solutions are robust, secure, and scalable. This role requires a deep understanding of Java-based architectures, with a strong emphasis on cloud-native development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Participate in the design and implementation of Java-based solutions, ensuring best practices in software development.
• Full-Stack Development: Work across both front-end and back-end technologies, primarily using Java, Spring, JavaScript, and React.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute as part of a highly capable, agile development team, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality software.
• Scalability and Security: Ensure the secure and scalable architecture of solutions, leveraging cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes.

Our requirements:

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
• Frameworks: Strong experience with Spring for back-end development and React for front-end.
• Containerisation: Experience with Kubernetes and understanding of cloud-native development practices.
• Database Management: Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Development Best Practices: Familiarity with software development best practices, including agile methodologies and version control systems.

Desired Qualifications:

• Python: Familiarity with Python for occasional scripting or AI-related tasks.
• AI Understanding: Basic understanding of AI and its integration into software systems.
• Cloud Services: Experience with AWS services such as DynamoDB, SQS, EKS, and RDS.
• Linux Administration: Basic knowledge of Linux system administration for development and deployment environments.
