Who we are looking for:

AI Specialist, who will be responsible for identifying AI opportunities, developing use cases, and working cross-functionally to implement solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opportunity Mapping: Conduct a thorough assessment of the company’s current processes and systems to identify areas where AI could bring efficiency gains.
• Strategic Planning: Develop a roadmap for AI implementation in alignment with company goals, focusing on automation, data-driven decision-making, and innovation.
• AI Use Case Development: Create detailed use cases for AI applications in specific business areas (e.g., operations, customer service, marketing, etc.).
• Data Assessment: Work with our IT and data teams to evaluate our data infrastructure, ensuring the availability of clean and structured data to support AI initiatives.
• AI Integration: Lead the development and deployment of AI models, working with internal teams and external vendors where necessary.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with department heads to ensure AI solutions are effectively integrated into workflows, and monitor the impact of AI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are preferred.

Our requirements:

• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a track record of developing and implementing AI solutions in a business context.
• Demonstrable expertise in Python, R, TensorFlow, or other AI/ML frameworks.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms, large language models, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Knowledge of cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS AI, Google Cloud AI, Microsoft Azure AI).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design AI strategies that align with company objectives.
