The DevOps Team is not an afterthought in our company. Your work will have a significant impact on the product and the way all QualityMinds teams operate. Our focus is on automating the processes of Continuous Integration & Deployment, as well as creating monitoring and alerts for processes and environments.
Depending on the needs, we use Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, Rancher, and more.

Your main responsibilities for this position will be:
- Designing, building and maintaining virtualized infrastructure for various projects
- Developing and maintaining Continuous Integration/Delivery frameworks
- Support other team members with DevOps expertise
- Develop and improve automation of common repeatable tasks and processes
- Day by day implementation & maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
This offer will be a perfect match for you if you have:
- Minimum 2 years total experience (including minimum 1 years of experience as DevOps Engineer with focus on Kubernetes on-premise Clusters)
- Comfort with Linux system administration - preferably RHEL/CentOS
- Proficiency in Git
- Knowledge of processes and tools for implementation of continuous integration and continuous deployment, especially Jenkins
- Knowledge to build and operate Docker containers – architecture, construction and optimization
- Good understanding of the network paradigms and stacks available.
- Have a broad knowledge of IT Infrastructure automation in general.
- Have Agile, systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English (B2/C1)
It would be nice if you have:
- Experience with automation/configuration management such as Chef or Terraform
- Knowledge on Ansible - create, maintain and run Ansible playbooks
- Create and maintain Jenkins jobs using Jenkins’s file, and GitLab CI jobs
- Experience in building and running production systems utilizing microservices and distributed systems architecture at scale
- Experience in building enterprise solutions using any programming high-level language (Python/Java) and writing automation scripts using Bash
- Strong experience with defining and manage applications that operate on orchestration platforms – Kubernetes, Rancher
- Experience in work with tools like: Prometheus, Grafana, Graylog
- Practical experience in setting up large scale ElasticSearch clusters
- Experience with software build tools (experience with Gradle and/or Maven is a plus)
- Knowledge of cluster backup and restore tools like Velero
- German (B1/B2)
