We are looking for candidates that are eager to develop their competences in the field of technology that is customer-centric, data-driven, scalable and is bringing extra value to the customers. In your role, you will have a unique opportunity to help organizations to digitize and evolve customer engagement, marketing and sales. Our projects are focusing on helping clients to choose, implement and integrate tools and technologies to frame the digital ecosystem.
Role:
You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working on digital transformation projects (from strategy to development);
- Participation in creating strategies and business concepts;
- Working with Clients on identifying and addressing their needs for technology solutions;
- Developing benchmarks, analytical reports, creating analyzes;
- Creation of project documentation in terms of its compliance with the Client's processes, system components, defining user stories standards on the project;
- Participation in meetings with the client aimed at collecting or clarifying business requirements;
- Active role in business development (preparing materials, research activities).
Profile:
- Work experience in business or technical field (consumer related) - min.1-1.5y (strategy consulting, technology consulting, technology companies, digital agencies);
- Digital native;
- Knowledge and passion in new technologies - ability to understand emerging digital tools;
- Experience in using / implementing consumer-related technologies (MarTech, CMS, eCom);
- Analytical mindset;
- Strategic thinking;
- Understanding importance of UX/CX;
- Comfortable working with business, marketing and IT stakeholders;
- Polish & English (fluent);
- MS Excel, MS Powerpoint.
