We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee a range of projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Gather data from various sources including databases, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.
• Develop methodologies and strategies for data collection, cleansing, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of analyses.
• Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
• Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present insights in a visually appealing and accessible manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of various business initiatives.
• Develop predictive models and forecasting techniques to anticipate future trends and outcomes.
• Identify areas for improvement and optimization based on data analysis and performance metrics.
• Provide analytical support to inform strategic decision-making processes across the organization.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deep dives to address specific business questions or challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-driven strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management concepts is a plus.
