Architect (Azure)

We are looking for Architect (Azure) for Client from the lotery industry. 

• Cloud architecture design 

• Understanding gaps between requirements and on-the-shelf product 

• Propose specific integration design 

• Provide cost estimation 

• Document architecture 

• Support implementation teams with guidance during implementation 

• Support live system troubleshooting when required

Requirements:
• Experience in Azure cloud architecture design (3+ years strongly preferred) 

• Experience in Kubernetes 

• Experience in software development and/or architecture (5+ years strongly preferred, 10+ years a plus) 

• Experience in OOD & OOP (Java a plus) 

• Experience in databases 

• Experience in web based technologies 

• Experience in data analysis, conversion and migration, interfaces and reports 

• Experience with system design using configuration and/or customization, integration, testing and support 

• Good knowledge of modeling (like UML) 

• Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies 

• General knowledge of standard architectural patterns and best practices 

• Experience with CI/CD tools and related methodologies 

• General knowledge about IT and IT industry 

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 

 

Nice to have skills: 

• Experience with private and public cloud (AWS, Google Cloud) 

• Experience with cloud DevOps 

• Experience with Terraform 

• Experience with transaction processing 

• Knowledge of NoSQL technologies 

• Architecture certifications (like TOGAF)
