Job Description

• The Business Analyst is responsible for capturing, clarifying, tracking, and governing business, regulatory, and player experience requirements to ensure Option A is fully defined, compliant, and deliverable within agreed timelines.

• The role focuses on requirements management within the Brightstar product scope and excludes player-facing UI/UX for 3rd party applications or VLTs, as well as technical or API documentation.

• The BA acts as the central point for functional clarification, coordinating with subject matter experts, Product, Architecture, Delivery, Compliance, QA, and external partners.

• The BA is responsible for collecting, consolidating, and formalizing requirements related to the LoRo VLT opportunity.

• The role includes creating and maintaining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and traceability in JIRA.

• The BA ensures end-to-end traceability between LoRo requirements, JIRA Epics, Stories, and final acceptance.

• The position supports scope governance by defining baseline versus custom behavior, out-of-scope items, and transitional requirements.

• The BA is accountable for defining and clarifying user journeys, game configuration, pool logic, multiplier mechanics, and integrations with 3rd party player-facing experiences.

• The role includes organizing and participating in workshops with internal teams and external partners to align and document agreed requirements.

• The BA ensures all requirements remain aligned with regulatory obligations, approvals, and compliance constraints.

• The position supports delivery and testing activities by defining acceptance criteria, user journeys, process flows, and system interactions.

• The BA works closely with Brightstar Architects/Tech Leads and QA Leads throughout the entire requirement elicitation and delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex technology or gaming/lottery environments.

• Strong experience with requirements gathering, clarification, and stakeholder management.

• Hands-on experience managing epics, stories, and traceability in JIRA.

• Ability to translate high-level business and regulatory requirements into detailed functional scope.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Architecture, Delivery, QA, Compliance, and external partners.

• Understanding of end-to-end player journeys and orchestration systems.

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance-driven delivery environments.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Experience supporting UAT/CAT and defining acceptance criteria.

• Ability to manage scope, dependencies, and requirement lifecycle governance.
