Senior Java Developer / Technical Leader

JAVA Developer / Technical Leader

Location: Pruftechnik Technology; Wroclaw, ul. Tyniecka 17, Poland (currently remote)

The role:
Developing modern software for condition monitoring of the machines. As a technical leader you will be driving scrum teams to deliver high quality solutions, you will have a real impact on the choice of technologies, tools and architecture. You will be involved in research activities and your ideas for improving daily work and processes will be more then welcome, as you will be co-working with open minded and innovation focused people.

Responsibilities:
• Software application development
• Leading team
• Mentoring and coaching cross functional team
• Developing high-quality software
• Improving the quality of delivery
• Solving technical problems in the project

Requirements:
• Bachelor or master degree in computer science or related fields (preferred: computer science, mathematics, physics, electronics and telecommunications, mechatronics
• At least 5 year experience in commercial JAVA projects
• Proven track of team leading experience
• Experience with implementing enterprise cloud solutions
• Practical knowledge of Java 8 / Java 11, Kotlin, Spring boot/cloud, Kubernates, Kafka, Hibernate, REST, GraphQL
• Experience in working with and designing distributed systems in microservice architecture
• Experience in working with CI/CD tools and procedures
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Analytical skills
• Full-time availability

Welcome:
• Familiarity with AWS, PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB 2.0, SQL, MQTT, Redis, Angular, React, DDD, Avro
• Knowledge of signal processing theory
