👉🏻To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications and qualities:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX / UI Designer
• Experience in designing UI and UX design
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design solutions
• Experience with running design workshops (e.g. Design sprints, Design thinking)
• Knowledge of UX & UI principles and patterns
• You can create user flows, journey maps as well as prototypes and final UI
• Efficiency in using Figma
• Portfolio confirming your skills
• Very good command of spoken and written English

👉🏻Additional Advantages:

• You can draw or illustrate
• You're familiar with HTML/CSS and frontend limitations
• Experience in designing products for SaaS / MarTech companies
• You have experience in working with design systems and/or style guides
