We are currently looking for open-minded programmers to join our Product Team!

🎯Essentials:

• Team/Department: Product & Development
• Contract: B2B or employment (depends on you)
• Workplace: 100% remote (available offices in Warsaw and Łódź)
• Stack: Node.js, NestJS, Typescript, SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis 
• Methodologies: Agile (including Scrum and Kanban)
• Routine: few meetings, flexible working hours, development>maintenance
• English: B1+
• Polish: B2

🧑‍💻 How the development team works:

• We work in product sprints, use agile methodologies (including Scrum and Kanban)
• We value the asynchronous mode of work (as few meetings as possible)
• 10% of maintenance and 90% of development
• We have a dedicated Quality Assurance team
• We build an open culture in which experimenting and making mistakes is natural
• We take a part in almost every stage of the software development process
• We work closely with product managers, product designers, testers, and other developers

⏰ Here’s what the recruitment process looks like:

• Call with Talent Acquisition Specialist - 30 minutes
• Tech Video Call with Team Members - (Q&A + task related to the daily work, without algorithms, in Pair Programming formula) - 90 minutes
• Zoom Call with CTO and HR Partner - 45 minutes
• Feedback and decision :)

💎 What we expect:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in Node.js
• Proficiency in Nest.js or other Node frameworks
• Ability to use Typescript
• Ability to write unit and integration tests
• Having a deep understanding of relational databases
• Knowledge of the spoken and written English language (min. B1) and Polish language (min.B2)
• Being a product thinking person and you like to have an impact on the product decisions

💎 Nice-to-have:

• Good understanding of the public cloud (AWS/GCP),
• Experience in OLAP databases (ClickHouse),
• Being an open-source contributor
• Knowledge of how queues work (Redis)
