About Prowly

We are a technology company that has developed a leading SaaS product for PR specialists for over the last seven years. Our solutions are directed at anyone who deals with communication with the media. We are recognized by specialists from around the world for our approach to product development that meets the real needs of customers. Prowly is already used by several thousand users from around the world, including PR and marketing agencies and global and local brands of all sizes. We have sustained, three-digit annual customer growth in the United States.

In September 2020, we became part of the American company SEMrush, a global leader in SaaS solutions targeted at marketers and SEO specialists. This is a very special time in our development and we have a lot of new challenges related to the rapid development of the product ahead of us. The time has come for our super-team to be joined by a person who will take care of product development together with us, constantly improving its quality and providing value for our customers.

How our product teams work

  • Products are created using Lean methodology

What we expect:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a programmer creating commercial web applications as a Frontend Developer
  • Knowledge of Typescript, Javascript / ECMAScript, HTML, CSS3
  • Practical knowledge of the principles of Responsive Web Design (RWD) and Progressive Web Apps (PWA)
  • Experience in the use of RESTful API
  • Ability to write code that is simple to test, easily understood by other developers, and ready to operate in a production environment
  • Ability to write self-documenting code and leave comments where necessary
  • Ability to resolve problems, think critically and conduct risk analyses while searching for weaknesses of implemented solutions
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence, git version control system and tools like Bitbucket, GitHub and GitLab
  • Ability to work using Scrum and Kanban methodology
  • Knowledge of English in speech and writing (min. B1)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Angular
  • Ability to write unit and integration tests and debug applications
  • Experience in the use gRPC, GraphQL and WebSockets
  • Experience in optimizing performance and ensuring application stability
  • Knowledge of areas related to application security
  • Ability to write E2E tests
