Cloud Architect

Your responsibilities:

• Design, develop and support Cloud First solutions, assisting Delivery teams in supporting the solution design and recommend design improvements.
• Work with Solutions Architects and Delivery Managers to deliver agreed goals and roadmaps, define best practice architecture and assist teams in adopting Cloud first approaches.
• Design and develop effective automation procedures and support delivery teams in enhancing approaches to automation and continuous Integration and deployment.
• Design and delivery of technical solutions on Cloud Platforms, primarily AWS and Azure or GCP that address IPFs requirements for scalability, reliability, security and performance.
• Deliver the appropriate technology solutions in a variety of cloud infrastructure technology areas and provide expert advice and consultation on the cloud infrastructure implementation and support.

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in the AWS cloud platform with a deep understanding of cloud services and infrastructure.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at diagnosing complex issues and implementing effective solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Security Awareness: Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to collaborative projects.
• Continuous Learning: A passion for staying updated with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Certifications: Relevant industry certifications including but not limited to AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
