Senior Backend Developer with DevOps Skills

Location: Remote w/ periodic meetings in Poland (Development Headquarters in Poland)

Role Summary:

As a Senior Backend Developer with strong DevOps skills, you will play a pivotal role in both our backend operations and infrastructure management. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing our robust technology stack, ensuring our applications’ seamless operation and evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for our backend systems.

● Manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure on Azure & Hetzner, ensuring high availability and scalability.

● Implement and maintain microservices architecture and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

● Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

● Work with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL.

● Employ unit testing and TDD practices to ensure code quality.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align backend solutions with business needs.

Technical Requirements:

● Proficiency in .NET Core 5.0.

● Solid understanding of SQL Server and PostgreSQL; familiarity with NoSQL databases.

● Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services, preferably Azure.

● Experience with microservices architecture and implementing RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

● Knowledge of unit testing and TDD

● Experience with front-end technologies like Vue.js and TypeScript.
