We are looking for an ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to lead the design and implementation of digital back-office products. As a key member of the product development team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centric solutions that drive efficiency and satisfaction in marine logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate on user interfaces and experiences across multiple platforms, ensuring they meet high standards of usability and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into compelling design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and understand user needs.
• Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as necessary.
• Lead the creative direction of digital projects, ensuring consistency with brand standards and business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in UX/UI design and Design Systems.

Qualifications:

• Proven, at least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex systems.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Axure or Figma, and other prototyping software.
• Experience in user research, including planning, conducting, and analyzing usability tests.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Nice to have: experience in logistics industry product design
