PROJECT INFORMATION:
- Industry: eCommerce
- Location: 100% remote or Warsaw office
- Project lenght: long-term
- Rate: up to 170 PLN/hour net + VAT
- Start: ASAP
- Assignment type: B2B (indefinite contract).
ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
Our Client is one of Scandinavia’s fastest growing eCommerce businesses. They are a dynamic and young company with more than 200 employees, passionately working to connect all fashion boutiques and brands in Europe on their platform. They expect to triple their business over the next 3 years.
You will become part of an international, diverse team of ambitious and dedicated subject matter experts to inspire and support you. The bar to join is high, specialist work hard, but also take time to celebrate successes, have fun and build relationships via frequent social activities.
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
- Partners integrations with our Client system, which is a core element of the ecosystem, with a great impact on many KPIs.
- Building from scratch a dynamic mapping tool to easy integrate with various systems.
- Be part of the architectural planning process – greenfield.
- Integrations with RESTful APIs: webshops, ERPs, POS, etc.
- Building and maintaining microservices related to partner integrations.
- Development 70%, Maintanance / Bugfixing: 10%, Create documentation: 5%, Meetings: 15%
DAILY TASKS:
- Perform PoC and R&D tasks to find new and better ways to build our integration methods with our Client’s partners.
- Work with a team of other developers and QA engineers to deliver new business values within a product development team.
- Work with your Product Owner to refine, design and implement business case improvements.
- Implement processes and functionalities within a large eco-system of microservices all the while focusing on backend code only.
- Work with Production Engineers to deliver a stable, secure and reliable eco-system.
- Participation in the Code Review process.
MUST HAVES:
- Min. 5 years in backend experience and 2 years in integrations.
- Very experienced with Java.
- Experience with RESTful Services
- Practice experience with one of: JEE / Spring / Spring Boot + Jetty
- At least one primary technology with: PostgreSQL or similar, Redis or similar, RabbitMQ or similar.
- English min. B1.
