    PROJECT INFORMATION:
    Industry: Financial/Incentives
    Location: Hybrid model, 1-2 days a week in the office.
    Business trips: occasionally 
    Project language: English 
    Project length: Long-term cooperation. The first contract is signed for 24 months, then extensions. 
    Start: ASAP/Flexible (preffered 1.12.2021) 
    Assignment type: B2B 
    Rate: 150 - 180 PLN+VAT/h (depending on experience)
     
    SHORT DESCRIPTION:
    Our Client's mission is to create a feeling of ownership, aligning employees and shareholders interests. Within the framework of share-based payments, they help companies structure the optimal incentive scheme, maximizing the perceived value amongst employees and participants. 
     
    Greenfield, brand new product development and ongoing maintenance of SaaS platform. The team will have a real impact on technology! 

    They have already conquered the Scandinavian equity incentives market, are now on their way to conquering the European market!
     
    PROJECT ROLE:
    • You will join a newly formed development team comprised of people both in Poland and from our headquarters in Norway.
    • You will work together with other developers, our product owner, and our fantastic UX lead, in the development of our new self-service platform, and administration portal.
    • You will be given a lot of responsibility in ensuring the end product is functional.
    • We strive to create autonomous teams that are independent, and able to make good technical decisions.
     
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Typescript
    • React.js
    • Basic Html/CSS/JS
    • Postgres (or similar databases)
    • Excellent English skills
