Details: The client is a Swedish HR start-up planning to set up a nearshore team in Warsaw. They are looking for 1 Senior Frontend Developer, preferably with team leading experience to join an already existing team and to assist with continuous development of one of the products. The client is currently shifting focus to the product which facilitates onboarding and offboarding of new employees. With this shift in product focus, the client is also modularising the code base to make the products more independent from each other. They are rewriting module by module with TypeScript instead of a current backend language, Haskell. Each module will be carefully planned and broken up into tickets, put into boards and worked on in 2-week sprints.

Remuneration: Up to 140PLN/H + VAT depending on experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Writing a significant amount of code for user-facing applications
Taking a leading role in designing new features and a consistent API
Building backend microservice architecture
Owning, securing, and operating production infrastructure
Launching and supporting features
Participating in code reviews and helping guide software architecture decisions
Ensuring the team consistently ships high quality code, architecture and documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of development experience preferably at a product oriented company working on a product or suite of products; Deep knowledge of data architecture and system design; Experience in a microservices environment; An affinity for creating software that is extensible, performant, and easy to read; Preferably some team leading experience
Competence matrix: TypeScript, Node.js, React, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, NPM, Git via GitLab
Good oral and written English communication skills
Familiarity with Agile development
