ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guide and coach teams on Scrum and Agile practices helping them to achieve team commitments.
- Report up status, barriers and risks to the Senior PMO Team – create and measure teams according to metrics established by the team.
- Anticipate impediments, identify risks and recommend mitigations and solutions.
- Facilitate and organize Scrum ceremonies
- Help the team focus on goals, self-organize to achieve objectives, and ensure they fully understand the objectives and commitments.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts with teams by implementing take-aways from retrospectives.
- Implement concrete solutions to make the teams more efficient.
- Improve delivery and team processes.
- Work with product owners and stakeholders to ensure they are well engaged with the team and part of the regular feedback loop.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated good [communication skills] with [global teams] with an ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal and presentation formats to a variety of audiences from engineer to Executive.
- Experience working [cross-functionality and cross-organizationally] to align dependencies and deliverables.
- Knowledge and experience of using tools such as [JIRA and Confluence] is a plus.
- Ability to [organize and facilitate team meeting]s and initiatives to effectively develop plans and achieve goals.
- Certified Scrum Master or Agile certification required.
- Experience managing a virtual project teams.
- Fluency in English and Polish required.
- Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices.
- More than two years proven experience working in Agile/Scrum as a Scrum Master.
- Very important is to have an actual experience as the Scrum Master in an organisation (min. 2 years).
