PROJECT INFORMATION:

Position: QA Automation Engineer
Project details: The client is looking for a consultant who will work on a complex web application responsible for creating and maintaining mortgage loans. Its purpose is to provide a user interface for banks in Denmark. It’s GUI is based on JSF and JSP combined with portlets, JavaScript and Struts. Backend heavily uses SOAP services for communicating with other systems. In a long-term perspective consultant will have opportunity to work also on different projects within client’s portfolio.
Location: Client's office in Warsaw Financial Centre, Emilii Plater 53
Business trips: Occasionally

Team: Polish/Danish
Remuneration: To be discussed
Project length: 12 months + extensions

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in testing using Selenium
Java programming skills on a minimum basic level
Communication skills on a very good level; honest and transparent attitude; “can do” approach
Ability to solving problems and complex technical issues; willingness to do a proof of concept
English skills (speaking and writing) min. B2 level

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creating and executing web UI automated tests
Creating and development of test automation framework (Selenium + Java)
Setting up a continuous testing solution based on Jenkins
Supporting the team in QA tasks (finding appropriate test data, refining backlog items, acceptance criteria, sharing knowledge)
Taking an active part in Scrum events and business meetings, suggesting findings and solutions
