[PROJECT ROLE]:
- Support software development teams in CI/CD
- Globalscape products administration / control data in transit (ftp/sftp)
- Writing SQL procedures and Powershell scripts
- Support of the system composed of internal and cloud infrastructure elements
- Administration of automatic deployment (OctopusDeploy administration)
- Atlassian Jira and Confluence administration
- Preparing IT Daily KPI reports
- Data analysis in the Microsoft SQL Server database
- Software license management
- Communication with business partners
- Solving technical problems
[REQUIREMENTS]:
- File transfers knowledge – FTP, FTPS, HTTP, HTTPS, and SFTP
- SQL/T-SQL/Powershell
[NICE TO HAVE]:
- Jira and Confluence administration
- Issue solving skills / Understanding of operating system level concepts such as processes, memory allocation, and network
- Business process mapping, UML/BPMN graphical notations
- Understand Cloud concepts – IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
- Skills in Azure services like Azure API, Azure DevOps or Cloud Services
