PROJECT INFORMATION:
- Industry: Banking
- Location: Warsaw, city center
- Remote work: hybrid (3 days per week at the office)
- Project language: English (required), Polish
- Remuneration: Negotiable
- Start: ASAP
- Project length: Long-term
- Assignment type: B2B or UoP
- Project details: delivering a new mortgage lending platform, that will be used by most of the Danish banks and customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, model and code solutions that fit the problem domain
- Take responsibility for all development work and ownership of quality control
- Work with other developers, testers, Scrum Master, Product Owner and other people involved
- Stay up to date with new technology and teach other developers how to incorporate new trends
- Generate ideas with other team members and offer insightful solutions
- Meet tight deadlines with a cool head
- Attend meetings with clients and peers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development process and it’s technologies
- Strong knowledge of Java 8 and JEE
- Experience with Gherkins, Cucumber or Rest-Assured
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs
- Familiarity with application servers: Weblogic and Wildfly
- Experience with microservices
- Knowledge about testing tools and techniques: unit testing, BDD, Cucumber
- Strong background in coding (min. 4 years)
- Experience with database creation, querying and query optimization, with focus on Oracle DB and DB2
- GIT proficiency
- Experience in working in an Agile setup, in a cross functional team
- Interest for our problem domain (production of mortgage loans)
