DevOps Engineer - Trading Interface
PROJECT INFORMATION:

- Remuneration: 110 - 125 PLN/H + VAT
- Project length: til 04.2020
PROJECT DETAILS:
- Write BASH, Python or PowerShell scripts which help automate existing manual tasks and workflows in a varied application ecosystem comprising a mix of homegrown- and third-party applications and platforms;
- Expand and improve our automated delivery pipeline based on Atlassian Bamboo and Ansible, making sure we can smoothly deploy application releases and configuration changes to our production systems;
- Take part in designing and implementing our future automated application testing framework.
Example of specific tasks that will be managed:
- Ensure we have common Ansible inventory
- Ansible update to 2.8
- Deployment decoupling from Bamboo
- Introduce Chocolatey
- Migrate monitoring from Geneos to Telegraf and Influx
- Introduce Bamboo Specs
- Setting up Docker Builds
- Git workflow updates
- Conan c++ package management
- Jira X-ray to Zephyr migration
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:
- Skilled Linux engineer. Preferred OS platform is Red Hat Enterprise Linux, but we do also have a number of Windows hosts;
- Expert knowledge of continuous delivery concepts and tools;
- Strong Ansible, Bamboo competence;
- 5+ years of Experience in Automation and DevOps related work;
- Very good communication skills in English.
