PROJECT INFORMATION:
- Location: Gdańsk
- Business trips: Occasional travel to Nordic countries (mainly Denmark)
- Project language: English (required), Polish
- Project length: 9 months + extension
- Form of employment: B2B contract
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Tasks/activities:
- Close contact with colleagues that need to learn new ways of working (digital), mainly about the Office 365 applications.
- Virtual mindset and a lot of online connections.
- Coaching & Support.
- Global online training sessions.
- People Manager sessions.
- Stakeholder management.
- Targeted support on Dairy sites.
- Communication.
- Visualization.
- Coordination/management of smaller epics in the team.
These activities are covered all the way from the idea to the planning, creation and finally the deliveries.
Add creativity and inventions for attracting the audience and a portion of independence, engagement and a great portion of energy for delivering and closing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced BCM.
- Strong user of Microsoft products like (they are doing global training, support and coaching in most of these apps): Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer, Forms, PowerPoint.
- Knowing agile ways of working will be an advantage.
In addition you are also good at:
- Keeping the Red Line in Communication - Getting Things Connected.
- Schedule sessions, activities.
- Keep a structured overview - and "have a long light on".
- Develop communication plans and strategies.
- Link deliveries with overall strategy.
- Talk to partners, both end-users as close relationships to make things happen - be good at "sowing seeds", and then wait, wait, wait and later reap.
- Be a strong finisher with a Focus & Finish attitude.
- Have an open mind for both change and personal development - this is a team where they do not get in the way of a discussion.
