Job description
PROJECT INFORMATION:
- Industry: Hospital & Health Care
- Location: Remote or Warsaw office
- Project language: English
- Project length: 6 months + extension
- Assignment type: B2B
- Start: ASAP but 3 months’ notice period is also relevant
- Remuneration: up to 200 pln/h+VAT
ROLE:
You will be part of the team ”FAS Subscription Management“ responsible for operations and maintenance of client’s customer facing applications in the Assistance area. The team works with a mix of self-developed applications and integrations, and standard applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ongoing dialogue and sparring with product owner, the business and users making sure, that demands and wishes for the applications are converted into the right solutions
- Co-ordination of development tasks
- Deep dive into the applications to identify incidents
- Co-ordination of incident handling and corrections
- Configuration / Developing in Transform (Output management)
- Review of designs
- Ensure that the system lives up to IT-rules, regulations and demands
- Prioritization of change requests in co-operation with product owner and co-ordination of development, releases, and change implementation
- Plan and perform test co-ordination in close co-operation with vendors and users
- Ensure that the right system documentation is updated and stored
- Maintain processes
- Access management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with output management systems and HTML
- Troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of complex IT applications
- Ability to read and understand application logs
- Knowledge about database structures and querying
- Basic programming knowledge/understanding of basic concepts (objects, classes, loops etc.)
- Basic knowledge about algorithms
- Experience with issue/task tracking applications like Azure DevOps, Jira etc
