    Helpdesk Support Engineer with English/German

     Your responsibilities
    路        being the first contact for the customer via phone, chat, e-mail or remote support
    路        providing 1st and 2nd level support to users
    路        analyzing and solving problems
    路        being responsible for monitoring and maintenance jobs on existing infrastructures

    Your profile

    路        previous experience with 1st and 2nd level remote support 
    路        very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications (Windows, Office)
    路        knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMWare)
    路        knowledge of macOS is highly appreciated
    路        knowledge of Linux operating systems will be a benefit
    路        basic network troubleshooting skills

    Your identity

    路        fluent English and a knowledge of German
    路        multitask skills and ability to quickly adapt to changes
    路        highly analytical mind
    路        good interpersonal skills and customer orientated approach
    路        good organizational skills
    路        teamwork and effective communication skills
