Helpdesk Support Engineer with English/German
Your responsibilities
· being the first contact for the customer via phone, chat, e-mail or remote support
· providing 1st and 2nd level support to users
· analyzing and solving problems
· being responsible for monitoring and maintenance jobs on existing infrastructures
Your profile
· previous experience with 1st and 2nd level remote support
· very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications (Windows, Office)
· knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMWare)
· knowledge of macOS is highly appreciated
· knowledge of Linux operating systems will be a benefit
· basic network troubleshooting skills
