"Perfect match" requirements:

✅ A minimum of 5 years of experience in general

✅ Proficiency in NestJS

✅ Proficiency in React (3 years)

✅ Proficiency in GraphQL

✅ Database & ORM experience

✅ Professional experience with Typescript, React Hooks, Redux and Material UI

✅ Professional experience with Jest and React Testing

✅ Strong attention to detail and analytic mind. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ English C1/C2

We are looking for a developer with a very strong backend experience. The work will be mainly focus on the backend rather than frontend

Here is what the recruitment process looks like:

1. Contacting candidates - Our HR team begins the recruitment process with the selection of CVs of candidates who meet certain criteria. We will give you a call and at this stage, we'll ask you some soft questions. 

2. Intro call interview - It's time to get down to business. We will set up a meeting to get to know each other better and ask you questions about your experience.

3. Interview - During this interview the client will be present and we will check your technical skills as well.

4. Decision - We'll get back to you shortly after the interview. If everything went well, you can get ready for a new job.

5. Offer - Of course, there will also be time for negotiations, but we will definitely get along.
