You are a perfect match, if:

✅ You have some experience in the same or a similar position (min. 2 years)

✅ You're no stranger to the IT industry

✅ You are well organized, confident person - you know how to provide and receive feedback

✅ Multitasking is no stranger to you

✅ You have basic knowledge of agile methodologies, in particular SCRUM and KANBAN

✅ You have worked in the IT industry before/IT background

✅ You are not afraid of collecting requirements from the client and writing them into tasks for developers

✅ You have experience in using project management tools such as Jira and Trello

✅ You have had more than one conversation with a client and you know how to take care of them

✅ You are fluent in spoken and written English on B2 level (absolutely necessary - everyday work in English)

✅ You are fluent in Polish

What would your responsibilities be?

We’re seeking someone who can lead project teams, foster strong client relationships, and drive productivity across the company. We want someone who’s not only eager to make a positive impact but also skilled at extinguishing fires when challenges arise, while keeping the team motivated during slower moments. 👉 Supervising work of the team and time management for developers

👉 Maintaining a positive relationship with the client

👉 Collecting requirements from the client and writing them into tasks for developers

👉 Building teams and caring for good team relationships

👉 Creating timetables and supervising deadlines

👉 Improving productivity of the company

👉 Creating summaries and reports

We would like to prioritize candidates who will be able to work in a hybrid form (visiting our office in Warszawa or Katowice).
