✅ You have basic knowledge of agile methodologies, in particular SCRUM and KANBAN

✅ You have worked in the IT industry before/IT background

✅ You are not afraid of collecting requirements from the client and writing them into tasks for developers

✅ You have experience in using project management tools such as Jira and Trello

✅ You have had more than one conversation with a client and you know how to take care of them

✅ You are fluent in spoken and written English on B2 level (absolutely necessary - everyday work in English)

✅ You are fluent in Polish

What would your responsibilities be?

Imagine a Project Manager and a Business Development Specialist combined into one - this role includes responsibilities of a Project Manager, Business Specialist and perhaps even more... ;) We are looking for someone who is ready to lead a project team, maintain positive relationships with clients, improve productivity of our company etc. 

👉 Supervising work of the team and time management for developers
👉 Maintaining a positive relationship with the client
👉 Collecting requirements from the client and writing them into tasks for developers

👉 Building teams and caring for good team relationships
👉 Creating timetables and supervising deadlines
👉 Improve productivity of thecompany
👉 Creating summaries and reports

We would like to prioritize candidates who will be able to work in a hybrid form (visiting our office in Warszawa or Katowice).
