IT Manager

At Pretius we are looking for IT Manager to a project in the financial industry, international team.

Location: remote

Salary: 110-150 pln netto/h

Project / Role

• The position is targeted at coordinating international software development projects and managing a team of dozen of IT consultants/Analysts, Software Developers and System Testers

• Projects planning, monitoring/controlling and reporting

• Making sure deliverables are delivered meeting agreed schedule, budget and quality

• Coordination of change implementation with Release Management

• Technical work coordination and workload management

• Support for recruitment process

Requirements

• 4+ years experience as Team Manager or Project Manager or Scrum Master

• 2+ years experience in software development projects

• English B2+

• Very good understanding of PM approaches and methodologies (frameworks)

Nice to have:

• Technical background is an additional asset

• Understanding of object-oriented programming and cloud architecture

• Know-how of IT Service Management (ITIL)

• Experience as Business or System Analyst, working in consulting

• Knowledge around finance and accounting is an additional asset
