Premotec is a software development company located in Winterthur Switzerland with a daughter company Premotec Poland located in Krakow. In several national, European and international projects, we create and maintain new web apps for food researchers and the food community. We also have our standard software called FoodCASE to manage and generate food nutrient values, food consumption data and food branded data. Research Assistant & Project Manager

Your Tasks
- work in, manage, and lead EU and national research projects in the area of food data management
- collaborate in writing project proposals for EU and national research projects
- Product management by collecting user requirements and preparing specifications and designs
- Task management and coordination of developer team
- Support business owners in daily business (personal assistant)
- Quality assurance of software by testing new and existing features for their usability
- Writing documentation and manuals for apps
- transfer research prototypes into productive systems
- Support in recruitment and office management
Your required Profile
- you studied computer science or a closely related topic (master or PhD) or you have a strong technical affinity
- you have some experience in research and development projects
- you have some working experience in ICT projects and product management
- you like and are good in English writing (proposals and reports)
- you have a good level in spoken and written English
- you are interested in technology, apps, and tools
- you are a creative and explorative person
- you are communicative and enjoy working with project partners
- you are a team player but also confident when working independently
- you work project- and result-oriented
Additional skills (nice to have)
- you have published in journals, conference proceedings, and/or project reports
- you have experience in Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, or other research programmes
- you have experience in software programming
- you speak and write German
